First post: Rationale for the site

I’m getting tired of the usual routine every weekend: it’s either we stay home, go to the mall, or go to the beach. I would like for my family and I to get some more out of our weekends. Go to a garage sale, perhaps? Or a little open party for kids on the park? Anything other than the usual stuff!

Hence, this blog.

I’ll be posting stuff that I think might be interesting to do on the weekend for a family such as mine.
